Our employee-inspired and led Wellbeing, Equity Belonging + Community team advances awareness and engagement, promotes wellbeing and inclusion, creates positive change in our local and global communities, and advocates for transparent and open communication.

We embrace the new rules of work with a flexible hybrid team located from coast to coast and around the world. In addition to our headquarters in New York and office in San Fransisco, our team stretches nationwide and internationally.
Our annual firm offsite is an opportunity for us to step away from our day-to-day focus on strategic and creative client work and allow time to think about who we are, how we work best together and what motivates us.
As part of our Wellbeing, Equity, Belonging and Community commitments, we host an annual “Giving Tuesday Trivia Challenge” and participants compete to win donations to the charity of their choice.
