2022 LEAD/ with Purpose offsite hits Hudson, NY
At Global Gateway Advisors, we foster teamwork and encourage collaboration. Our annual firm offsite is an opportunity for us to step away from our day-to-day focus on strategic and creative client work and allow time to think about who we are, how we work best together and what motivates us.
We gathered October 25-27, 2022 – our 12th offsite – in beautiful Hudson, New York, for three days focused on fun, facts, food and future. The theme was LEAD/ with Purpose.
LEAD (Learn, Educate, Advocate and Design) was the theme of our 2021 offsite. This year we built on that success to consider what it means to LEAD with purpose. We explored what purpose means for us personally, for our firm and our clients through art, exercises, sessions and presentations. The goal was to walk away with a clearer understanding of our mission and values, and how they connect to the work we do everyday.
We also celebrated client and firm wins, welcomed new team members and discussed our goals and ambitions for the coming year. We took advantage of all the unique, incredible opportunities Hudson has to offer – including scenic hikes and delicious farm-to-table dinners. It was a great chance for everyone to recharge, recenter on GGA’s mission, vision and values and spend quality time learning from, and about, one another.
