Future-Forward Work Model: Flexible Hybrid Remote 

Our work model includes two days a week in-person (for those in the NYC area) at our lively office space, and remaining days are worked remotely. Employees in locations around the country and world work remotely and regularly visit our Financial District office for firm and client meetings.

Got the travel bug? So do we! “Global Gateway” is an integral part of our name and our business for a reason. We offer an annual travel stipend to a location of your choice that is suitable for an international cultural experience.

We also provide an annual stipend to cover dues for professional association membership, select classes, seminars and events.

You Need Down Time, Too

Our generous time off policy means you can genuinely rest and recharge. Vacation days increase each year based on tenure. 

Each year our office closes from December 24 through New Year’s Day. We also offer four Summer Fridays for everyone, giving you some extra days to enjoy June, July and August. These days off are in addition to your paid vacation time. 

In keeping with our community-minded culture, we currently offer 12 hours of paid volunteer time off annually (because we’ve been in business 12 years!).
