Annual offsite in Upstate New York
At Global Gateway Advisors, we foster teamwork and encourage collaboration. Our annual firm offsite is an opportunity for us to step away from our day-to-day focus on strategic and creative client work and allow time to think about who we are, how we work best together and what motivates us.
Held in Hudson, New York, the offsite spans over a few days filled with connection, learning, and inspiration. Through interactive sessions, creative exercises, and meaningful conversations, we explore the attributes that define our culture, distinguish our work, and underpin our approach to excellent client service and results.
The offsite also serves as a time to celebrate firm and client wins, welcome new team members and discuss our goals and ambitions for the coming year. We take full advantage of all the unique, incredible opportunities Hudson has to offer – including scenic hikes and delicious farm-to-table dinners. It is a great way for everyone to recharge, recenter on GGA’s mission, vision and values and spend quality time learning from, and about, one another.
